Elevating Construction Excellence
Matt Taylor, our founder, has twenty-five years of experience leading commercial construction projects and business teams on projects ranging in size from $1 to $50 million. After graduating with Honors from the University of Florida with a Building Construction degree, Matt has loved working with clients and design teams who want to build projects with a collaborative approach.

Our name, Serrafin, is a combination of our founder's children's names, but also references a seraphim - the highest level of angel, which aligns with our mission to provide the highest level of service to our clients and to give back to the community. Our inspiration comes from God, the one true Master Builder. We also strive to identify with the ancient concept of the Master Builder, who was typically both the architect and the builder and could foresee constraints with both disciplines, while being able to maximize each individually to achieve the project's goals.
